Why do we do what we do…
We believe every entrepreneur and business would have a better chance of thriving and succeeding if they had a constructive support system. We want to help and partner brands, businesses, and entrepreneurs to provide clarity, overcome self doubt, and a conducive environment in which they can incubate ideas, grow businesses and overcome bottlenecks.
Where we are now…
We understand the journey of driving a business is lonely and stressful. Brand Couch aims to become the safe place, a non-judgmental, and solutions oriented support system for businesses, and people behind them. We work primarily with new generation entrepreneurs, start-ups, young businesses and transitioning family enterprises. We counsel counsel and help businesses tell their own stories, unlock potential and overcome bottlenecks.
What brought us here…
We have helped deliver winning strategies and helped businesses better connect with themselves and their consumers. However, we realised the people who could genuinely benefit from our expertise was those who either lacked awareness or access to these services.
Our category experience includes, but it not limited to over 12 categories; automobiles, real estate, QSR (quick service restaurants), Fintech, Healthcare, Child nutrition, FMCG,CPG, hospitality, durables, mobiles, aviation, digital and tech brands, real estate, and electronics.

I started my career over almost 20 years ago, while still studying advertising at university. While parents and peers debated if I was too young to grow up, I set off learning by experience. Working on projects in different countries and industries like; fashion, publishing, rural marketing, hazardous waste management, and finally advertising and strategy, where I found my calling. Here I spent over a decade working on global brands like PepsiCo, Nestle, Pizza Hut, Subway, Dabur, Havells, DLF, Hero Motors, Samsung, Huawei, Intex, SpiceJet to name drop a little.
I gained experience and expertise in competitive strategy, product and brand differentiation and positioning, defining the brand DNA, product launches, consumer research and insights, communication strategy, growth unlocking, brand and business re-direction and pivots. This is also where my interest in human psychology took shape as I worked on consumer behaviour.
After a rewarding and awarded career, when I finally paused, I realised I was done! My own redirection or ‘pivot’ happened over a cup of green tea – literally! I was discussing a friend’s business issues when it struck me just how much an entrepreneur had to deal with, in addition to their regular lives. I realised they needed help with their own sense of indecision, internal confusion and self doubt and self esteem issues. There is no safe space that encourages these entrepreneurs to pause - even if for a moment, to be just people.
Brand Couch is my brain child. The seat where we sit, talk and untangle the web of work that we weave for ourselves. A seat of learning and unlearning and getting unstuck!
